Emerge Built is a fully integrated modular construction company operating out of a 60,000 sq ft plant in Three Hills, Alberta — 125 km northeast of Calgary — with a second plant in planning in White Rock, BC. We focus on the residential multi-unit market and deliver high-quality projects using concrete and steel modules, fully built and finished in the plant, including all interior finishing and flooring.
We've completed 20 precast projects and more than 100 traditional projects across Western Canada, ranging from 4-storey low-rise to 26-storey high-rise. Project values typically range from $4M to $40M+, including hospitality, multi-family, and mixed-use builds.
Over 40 patents have been registered for our precast process and module connections. The result is what owners and developers tell us they value most: certainty of outcome, speed to revenue, and uncompromising quality on every build.

Over the past two decades Greg has overseen and delivered construction projects totalling in excess of several billion dollars — with a systematic, measured approach built on best-in-class quality, cost, and schedule. Greg has led both Intracorp's and Bosa Developments' Canadian Construction divisions, overseeing all aspects of the construction process. He is committed to innovative thinking and establishing better building practices. At Emerge Built, Greg guides the overall vision and oversees every building from start to finish.

Greyden Douglas

A licensed REALTOR® with over 20 years in the market and a Personal Real Estate Corporation at Oakwyn Realty, Greyden works directly with landowners to show them what's actually possible on their lot — laneway homes, infill, and multiplex developments up to four units under new zoning. His builder-first approach (FSR, frontage, lane access, servicing) turns underused single-family parcels into highest-and-best-use projects, giving owners a clear path to either sell into builder demand or develop and hold.
